Quinn Sciarra currently teaches band for grades 6-12 at Greensburg Community Schools in Greensburg, Indiana. She teaches concert, jazz, marching, and pep band, as well as music history and guitar. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she received a Bachelors of Music Education in Instrumental Band. She has also worked with the bands at New Palestine High School in New Palestine, Indiana.
While at IU, Quinn was Principal Oboe in the IU Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble. In addition to playing the oboe, Quinn spent two fall semesters playing trombone in the IU Marching Hundred.
Quinn is from Evanston, Illinois, and when she's not making music, she's swimming, painting, or hanging out with family.
